Specification

Here we define a specification for how to do

• name string cases
• parse multiword identifiers based on case
• create multiword identifiers that follow a string case

This specification has two goals:

1. give a definition of identifier naming conventions
2. specify the names for different identifier naming conventions
3. normalize the conversion of different identifier naming conventions
